中空玻璃设备水汽出现怎么处理?

1、密封胶挤压不实或含有机械杂质。

中空玻璃与铝管间隔体之间用两道弹性密封胶粘结,第一道采用丁基橡胶密封,第二道采用结构硅酮胶密封。实际生产过程中,如果密封胶中存在机械杂质或涂胶过程中挤压不实,致使胶体内部存在毛细管,并在间隔层内外压差或湿度差的作用下,空气中的水分进入空气层,使中空玻璃间隔层中含水量增加。

In the actual production process, if there are mechanical impurities in the sealant or improper extrusion during the coating process, resulting in the existence of capillaries in the colloid, and under the action of pressure difference or humidity difference inside and outside the spacer, moisture in the air into the air layer, so that the water content in the insulating glass spacer increases.

密封胶一般为均匀高分子聚合物,其两侧由于逸度差(压差或浓度差)的存在,成了聚合物做等温扩散的驱动力。对于正通达中空玻璃设备的密封胶而言,主要扩散物就是空气中的水分。

对干燥剂的要求是不但要吸附掉中空玻璃密封单元在组装过程中密封于空气中的水分,使得中空玻璃有合格的初始露点,还要不断地吸附通过胶层扩散到空气层中的水分,继续保持符合使用要求的露点。如果干燥剂的吸附能力差,不能有效地吸附通过扩散进入空气层中的水份,就会导致水份在空气中聚集,水分压提高,中空玻璃的露点上升。
The requirement of desiccant is not only to absorb the moisture sealed in the air by the sealing unit of hollow glass in the assembly process, so that the qualified initial dew point of the hollow glass can be obtained, but also to continuously absorb the moisture diffused into the air layer through the adhesive layer, and continue to maintain the dew point which meets the requirements of use. If the desiccant adsorption capacity is poor, can not effectively adsorb through the diffusion of water into the air layer, it will lead to moisture accumulation in the air, water pressure increases, the dew point of the hollow glass rises.
4、如果中空玻璃设备中出现水汽,那么中空玻璃设备大气环境中的潮气能通过两片玻璃间的密封胶逐渐渗透进中空玻璃设备内部的空间层。因此我们在使用中空玻璃设备时需要在中空玻璃内部装有干燥剂以吸收这些进入的水气。但如果干燥剂吸收水气的能力有限,或者甚至中空玻璃间的密封胶已经和玻璃脱开的话,那么中空玻璃内部就会积聚越来越多的水气,直到随着温差和湿度的变化,就会出现水的积聚,这种现象专业术语为"中空玻璃失效".
